Best Edition Atomic Attraction: The Psychology of Attraction with Free MOBI EDITION!

This book has some good advice for men as well as some assumptions that all women are the same. I read this book to try and understand male behavior better. While I agree with many of the suggestions, the overall tenor of the advice is a bit harsh. Most mature women have experienced "bad men" and are looking for a guy that treats them well. While we do want a strong, confident, healthy man, we also want a guy we can trust. Some of the behavior advised for men in the book would make me take a step back and wonder if I can trust him. Any sign of disrespect, or dismissive cocky attitude and I'm long gone. Some of this might "work" better on a younger, less experienced woman. As a middle age woman who is more independent, I'm looking for a stable, happy guy;I can trust. Trust encompasses three things: honesty, reliability and competence (physical, financial, responsible, strong values, free of addictions, etc.). Without these things I have no interest. Sexual attraction is temporary and can quickly change once you see what someone is made of. If you're looking for a one night stand, this might get you somewhere with certain women. But high quality women know what to look for and we see between the lines. I gave it four stars because I feel it does a good job addressing the importance of being physically desirable, not being needy and insecure in the beginning, and letting your emotions control behavior. This is good advice for men and women.
