Nearly everyone is now aware that Marijuana has significant medical value. With each strain, to the extent the information is available ANYWHERE you are informed of its type (Cannabis sativa or Cannabis indica – or in the case of hybrids {most strains are hybrids of the two} the percentage of each, the THC%, the CBD%, the parent strains, the original breeder, the taste, smell, any specific growing needs and characteristics, the flowering time (from 28 days from seed to harvest to up to 20 weeks of flowering (AFTER initial growth) and the expected bud weight at harvest (38 grams to over 9 Kilograms). It is unfortunate. I had higher expectations for this title. There are multiple flaws with this book. First, there are multiple, duplicate entries for various strains. Every strain entry is presented in a hanging indentation style which is hard on the eyes and confusing to follow. Some strain names are presented at the very bottom of a page, with the supporting information located on the next page. One entry has the supporting information cut off in the middle. While there is an abundance of information, it is just one long, unedited stream of text that has multiple indentations in every entry, making easy identification hard. Section II: Treatable Conditions is poorly presented with a mishmash of different strains, presented in random order, some bold text, some standard text, with no alphabetization. I wish that I had saved my money for a more professional, ordered, scholarly presentation of the information, available in other books.
